The new IP address of the server is now 199.15.250.80 you can login to your DirectAdmin panel using this IP address or your domain name. Name servers are still ns1.esobtel.com and ns2.esobtel.com or ns12.valuevps.info and ns13.valuevps.info

This is now fixed - had to do some manual editing of named.conf as the supplied tools from DirectAdmin had messed everything up.
May need to wait until dns for the name servers propogates now.
Today the server that esobtel is on had to be restarted due to the web service not working. On restart, it again had major name server issues.
