If you received a mysterious support ticket from us this afternoon I have to apologize.  This was my mistake in setting up the support@energizedit.com email to create new support tickets.

I didn't realize there were multiple emails sitting in that accounts inbox.  Every message that was in there had a ticket created for it.

Unless you have personally created a ticket this afternoon please disregard any support ticket received from us.
